What to include in your message
To help us investigate quickly, include:
- whether you are on iPhone/iPad or Android
- your device model and OS version, if known
- the app version, if known
- the story or feature involved
- a short description of what happened
- the approximate date and time of the issue
- screenshots or screen recordings, if helpful
Because Hush Stories currently uses an anonymous account/session model in many flows, detailed context helps us identify the right account or device activity when investigating a problem.
Please do not send highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the request.
Privacy and data requests
For privacy, deletion, correction, or access requests, email support@hush-stories.com and clearly label the request.
We may need enough information to verify the relevant account, email address, or anonymous device/session context before we can fulfill certain requests.
Support expectations
Hush Stories does not currently offer live phone or real-time chat support.
Notification delivery, playback reliability, and other app behavior can depend on your device, operating system, network connection, and third-party platform services.
If future paid features launch, some billing and refund questions may also be governed by Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
